Sara Miranda is a fitness coach, movement enthusiast, and proud Cape Cod native bringing her passion for wellness and self-expression to DanceShak this summer. With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and certification as an online fitness and nutrition coach, Sara has dedicated her career to helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves—both physically and mentally.

Fitness has always been a huge part of Sara’s life, from growing up active on Cape Cod to building her own coaching business focused on mindset, identity transformation, and sustainable health. But as much as she loves strength training and healthy habits, nothing makes her feel more alive than dancing freely without judgment—simply letting the music move her and fully embodying the moment.

Being back on Cape Cod as an adult makes this experience especially meaningful for Sara. She’s passionate about creating an environment where people can move their bodies, connect with the energy of the beach, and experience a workout that feels more like joy, freedom, and celebration than exercise. Through DanceShak, Sara hopes to help others step out of their heads, into their bodies, and leave class feeling energized, confident, and completely themselves.
