Molly has been teaching and coaching for over 10 years. After training in ballet and modern dance, she switched gears to pilates, spin, TRX, and group fitness. Shortly after, she discovered CrossFit and got her Level 1 and then Level 2 certificate. She didn’t stop there but continued to get a NASM certification for personal training. Molly comes with an extensive knowledge of functional fitness and overall multi-level movement for any body at any age or level of fitness. Molly believes that movement and exercise are a huge key to longevity and vitality for an unsurpassed quality of life that everyone should have!
